Terrestrial Textiles

Time is a cruel mistress, taking tolls on bones and hides.  Demanding caloric induction with exhaustion as a reward. Lifted up to the elements, we all are bound to the reconstitution of lost ligaments and fallen follicles.  Water flows through piercing spearheading sub-committees, giving hungry votes for devouring terrestrial textiles.

Pull this tissue coated in acid, push through welling gravity-defined limitations. Yet weaken we still, shining smiles run down to crooked grins.  Limitless ambition decays to apathetic conditioning.


Ghostly whispers, in borrowed bargains deadened to the over-undering influence, lead with gleaming filigree to beaten paths winding with noxious weeds. Breaches in subconscious foundations eagerly pour out chaotic inclinations, drunkening and dampening intuition's verdant fields.

Right to left, or up to down, anywhere canvassed is covered in rubies and emeralds, slowly sinking in the iron cubicles;

But even metallic bars age with the seasons, providing keys to doors bolted with oxidized dreams.

Tin-Tonnes
in Baal-linguistic missiles
aimed surely shot
to there and back
by greyhounded fugitives
spelled and corrected

regurgitated threats
from empty bellies
burn in acidic enmity
for gathered cells combined
in humanoid matrices

finger-crossed angling terraces
appease the angering mass
a requiem for the unknown poet
turned sour by bacterial epidemics
of secular degradation

no time,
not time for feeling tendrils
to push up buds
from infested soil
waving faces
viewed seething feeding
of citrine-colored venality
pumped intravenously
for the comatose multitude

lick-eyed toad manufacture ethereal industry
purple-hazed lies spreading in sunshine cities
slated thirst for liturgical malleability
coated ocular salve seeing subjective liability
reverse organ failures with neural honesty
tinning time televisual compacted in pathological prowess
tuning trumpet-vine causality-preferred freedom
blood-thinning poison preparation in dissenting voices
time flows faster in the apex of idle hands

negated vacuum sweeping the null fabric

The cindered system
failure to make the cognitive connection
between sorrow and despair
between trial and suffering
conflagration of flagrant envy
making railing accusation of the innocent
deeming fools as mouthpieces pouring wisdom

a slave to chemical satisfaction
needed to throw off "temporal shackles"
in withdrawal light shows its true color
burning through corruption
seen through sober sight for the first time
